I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was close to everything we needed, and being in a basically Asian neighborhood, we were surrounded by amazing restaurants serving delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with attention to detail that really impressed me. I also appreciated having a kitchenette in the room, which was a great convenience for preparing meals. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, a perfect way to start the day.
All was wonderful, couldn't ask for more!

The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good. There is a superstore nearby the hotel (just a 2 min to walk) and there are some restaurants nearby the hotel (including Chinese food). it needs to take 10 - 15 mins to walk to the skytrain station (Joyce station). There are 3 shuttle bus to skytrain and metrotown (depart at 9:30am, 13:30pm and 4:30pm). And there is a bus (#19) to downtown and Metrotown. Moveover, it locates in Zone 1 - so it's just cost 2.5 CAD for transportation by skytrain and bus. So the transportation sign-seeing is super good. and the environment around the hotel is very nice if you want to stay at a quiet place.
The furniture are quite old but still acceptable.

The location of this hotel was quite convenient since it was close to some good restaurants and shops. Plus, there was free parking and wifi. The room had a nice view, and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was in dire need of renovation and proper cleaning. The paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling and the tiles were dirty.

The restaurant downstairs wasn't bad and there is a great asian restaurant down the street ... Other than that, there is isn't a great deal I can say.
The location was out of the way for my purposes and the area was not great ...

The hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping mall and has easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the evening front desk attendant who provided useful information. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.
The noise from the traffic outside can be bothersome if the windows are left open. the restaurant had limited hours and the service was slow at times.

This place is like fawlty towers. For starters, it's not near Metrotown at all; it's in the middle of nowhere. But the biggest problem with this place is the downright rude staff. They have entirely the wrong attitude toward customer service/satisfaction. And the general manager is frankly out of her depth. She did not do enough to rectify the situation and she too copped an attitude when I suggested some sort of compensation was in order for such appalling rudeness and inconvenience during a one-week stay.
